You finished your book.

You spent months (maybe years!) on research, writing, rewriting, and agonizing over every chapter. And you’ve finally hit publish.

But then… nothing.

No flood of sales. No word-of-mouth wildfire. Just you, staring at a dashboard, wondering what went wrong.

You're not alone. I've talked to hundreds of authors about their publishing journeys and aspirations. I’ve seem the same thing over and over:

Marketing your book is harder than writing it.

I’ve worked with authors who have built companies, led teams, and have succeeded in every part other of life. But when it comes to their book launch, they feel completely lost.

“When should I announce my book? Is it too early to start marketing?”

Do I need an email list? A website? What about ads?”

“I have an email list already, but what do I DO with it?”

How important are reviews?”

What IS a book launch, anyway?”

Think you can turn to your publisher for marketing help? Think again.

Publishers have made it clear: marketing is the author's responsibility.

So you search online to see what Bestselling authors do to promote their books. Podcast tours, Bestseller lists, high-profile endorsements, and premium bookshelf placements.

But here’s the problem: Those things aren’t accessible for 99.9% of authors. And even if they were, they don’t move the needle like you think.

The traditional book launch playbook was built for an era that no longer exists. Yet no one has updated the playbook for today’s authors.

This is why so many authors get stuck. Without direction and support, most default to the easiest thing: To do nothing.

The book goes live, a few sales are made on day one, but the potential for the book goes largely unfulfilled. The author moves on to their next project, checking off the “Author” box but knowing they left so much opportunity on the table.

If any of this sounds familiar — or if I’m speaking to your deepest fear as a future author — I wrote this ebook for you.

First, a little about me.
